Meet Dee

​Pastor Dee is an Ordained Minister, widely known as "Mama Dee". She has been in pastoral and ministry leadership for over three decades.

​

From a rough and tough background born in Nigeria, growing up in London England and now living in Alberta, Canada, Pastor Dee is a resilient woman who has gone through many challenges and setbacks, and refuses to give up or quit. 

 

"Shaken many times! but refuses to be broken!"

 

She is an international speaker, an author, a mentor, an advocate against domestic violence, a community leader, who sits on many boards and

most importantly a child and servant of the living God!

 

She is the founder of All Woman Ministry (2005): A faith-based women’s empowerment ministry that uses prayer, teaching, and mentoring to help women discover their identity and walk in their God-given purpose.

Pastor Dee is also the founder and Lead Mentor of Deborah’s Company Network: A leadership initiative she launched to equip women of faith for influence in ministry, business, and community leadership.

 

Pastor Dee openly credits her Christian faith as her source of strength and resilience—especially as a survivor of domestic violence. She often frames her advocacy for women, families, and community healing as part of her calling and ministry, not just social work. She integrates biblical principles of restoration, healing, and hope into her programs, offering spiritual as well as practical support.​
